Taekwondo is a high-intensity antagonistic competitive sport,which consumes a lot of physical energy in a short period of time.Therefore,scientific and reasonable diet plays an important role in the competition or training of athletes.This article mainly explores the effect of a reasonable diet on Taekwondo athletes and the nutrients they need during training and competition to meet their energy needs.And put forward reasonable diet suggestions to make taekwondo athletes maintain good training state and competition ability,further improve training efficiency and competition results.
