Application of Solid Phase Microextraction and Headspace Sampling Techniques in Food Analysis
Food safety is not only related to public health,but also affects the sustainable development of the food industry,so accurate detection of harmful compounds in food is crucial.Solid phase microextraction and headspace sampling technology,as two advanced analytical tools,have been widely used in the detection of volatile and semi-volatile compounds in food samples.Solid phase microextraction and headspace sampling technology can make it possible to accurately and quickly identify and quantify trace chemical substances in complex food matrices by improving detection sensitivity and selectivity.This article discusses in detail the working principles and application examples of solid phase microextraction and headspace sampling technology,and compares their applications in food analysis.
