本文分析了便携式食品快速检测设备的技术特性和应用场景,发现这些设备能显著提升监管效率、扩展监管范围、促进部门合作,探讨了将这些设备整合进现有食品安全监管体系中的策略,如强化现场检测、促进跨部门协作、加强监管人员培训,以及通过公众教育增强消费者的食品安全意识.通过技术创新和社会协作,提升全社会的食品安全水平.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and application scenarios of portable food rapid testing devices,finds that these devices significantly improve regulatory efficiency,expand the scope of supervision,and promote departmental cooperation,and discusses strategies to integrate these devices into the existing food safety regulatory system,such as strengthening on-site testing,promoting cross-departmental collaboration,strengthening the training of supervisors,and improving consumers'food safety awareness through public education.Through technological innovation and social collaboration,we will improve the food safety level of the whole society.
