摘要
随着农业科技的发展,动源性农产品中磺胺类兽药抗菌增效剂的使用逐渐增多,其引发的残留问题引起了广泛关注.本文综述动源性农产品中磺胺类抗菌增效剂残留检测方法的研究进展,并提出未来研究的发展方向,以保障农产品质量和食品安全.
Abstract
With the development of agricultural science and technology,the use of sulfonamide veterinary drug antibacterial synergists in dynamic agricultural products has gradually increased,and the residue problem caused by them has attracted widespread attention.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of the detection method of sulfonamide antimicrobial synergist residues in dynamic agricultural products,and put forward the development direction of future research to ensure the quality and food safety of agricultural products.
