摘要
食品添加剂在现代食品工业中扮演着重要角色,但某些添加剂的过量使用可能对人体健康产生不利影响.因此,准确、高效地检测食品中的添加剂含量对于食品安全监管至关重要.离子色谱法以其优异的分离能力、灵敏度和定量准确性,在食品添加剂检测领域得到了广泛应用.本文阐述了离子色谱在几类常见食品添加剂,如防腐剂、甜味剂、着色剂等,检测中的应用,重点探讨了样品预处理、色谱分离和检测条件优化等关键技术的优化策略,旨在为相关工作人员提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
Food additives play an important role in modern food industry,but excessive use of certain additives may have adverse effects on human health.Therefore,accurate and efficient detection of additive content in food is crucial for food safety supervision.Ion chromatography has been widely used in the field of food additive detection due to its excellent separation ability,sensitivity,and quantitative accuracy.This article elaborates on the application of ion chromatography in the detection of several common food additives such as preservatives,sweeteners,colorants,etc.It focuses on exploring the optimization strategies of key technologies such as sample pretreatment,chromatographic separation,and detection condition optimization,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
