化学检测技术在食品安全领域扮演着至关重要的角色.通过高效液相色谱、气相色谱、质谱等技术,可以准确检测食品中的残留农药、兽药、添加剂及其他潜在危害物质,为风险评估和监管提供科学依据.随着科技进步,化学检测方法不断发展,提高了检测的准确性、灵敏度和效率.本文综述了化学检测技术在食品安全中的应用情况,分析了各种技术的优势与挑战,并探讨了未来的发展趋势.
Abstract
Chemical detection technology plays a vital role in the field of food safety.Through high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry and other technologies,residual pesticides,veterinary drugs,additives and other potentially harmful substances in food can be accurately detected,providing scientific basis for risk assessment and supervision.With the advancement of science and technology,chemical detection methods continue to develop,improving the accuracy,sensitivity and efficiency of detection.This article reviews the application of chemical detection technology in food safety,analyzes the advantages and challenges of various technologies,and discusses future development trends.
