Analysis of the Current Status of Prepared Dishes Standards
With the accelerated pace of life,prepared dishes are increasingly favored by consumers,and the prepared dishes industry is also rapidly expanding.In order to strengthen the supervision of prepared dishes safety and promote the orderly development of the prepared dishes industry,relevant policies and regulations have been successively introduced by the country and local governments.The industry and organizations have also formulated a series of prepared dishes standards.This article reviews and analyzes the relevant standards for prepared dishes that have been released in China,providing a basis for improving the food standard system for prepared dishes in the next step.
