Management of Food Quality and Safety in Production Enterprises
With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,food safety has received widespread attention.In recent years,the country's requirements for production enterprises have become more and more stringent,and clear requirements have been put forward for various food safety issues,and production enterprises must strictly abide by national laws and regulations,and continuously improve production quality and safety in combination with consumer needs.This paper expounds the importance and management principles of food quality and safety management,analyzes the causes of food quality and safety problems in production enterprises,and proposes management and control strategies for food quality and safety problems.
