Research on the Current Status and Countermeasures of Food Safety Rapid Testing System in Colleges and Universities Canteens
In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of food safety regulation by the Chinese government,teachers and students in universities have increasingly attached importance to the quality and safety of canteen food,leading to a growing demand for food safety testing.Regular or irregular sampling in university canteens,followed by testing in colleges and universities food safety rapid testing laboratories,can rapidly identify and eliminate quality risks in food,thereby safeguarding the safety of teachers and students'meals.Compared to traditional laboratory testing,food safety rapid testing technology is simpler and faster,as it can quickly detect existing food safety risks,playing an increasingly significant role in the daily supervision of food materials in university canteens.This paper expounds the problems existing in the application of fast food inspection technology in food safety rapid testing laboratories in colleges and universities,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the capacity building of food safety rapid testing laboratories in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for the counterparts in colleges and universities.
