摘要
在互联网时代背景下,网络食品安全问题逐渐突显,强化网络食品安全监管成为当下社会关注的热点话题.从实际监管情况来看,网络渠道具有一定的虚拟性与隐蔽性,使得网络食品安全监管工作的开展存在较多困难,需要明确其监管风险并制定相应对策,以保证整体监管效果.本文首先简要概括当前存在的网络食品安全隐患,然后分析网络食品安全监管现状及存在的网络食品安全监管风险,并从法律法规、专业水平、第三方监管、市场监管4 个角度提出网络食品安全监管改进对策,希望能够为网络食品安全监管工作的顺利开展提供一些参考与帮助.
Abstract
In the context of the Internet era,the problem of network food safety has gradually become prominent,which makes strengthening the supervision of network food become a hot topic of social attention.From the actual supervision situation,the network channel has a certain degree of virtuality and concealment,which makes it more difficult to carry out network food safety supervision work.It is necessary to clarify its regulatory risks and formulate corresponding countermeasures to ensure the overall supervision effect.This paper first briefly summarizes the current network food safety hazards,then analyzes the current situation of network food safety supervision and the existing risks of network food safety supervision,and puts forward countermeasures to improve network food safety supervision from four perspectives:laws and regulations,professional level,third-party supervision and market supervision,hoping to provide some reference and help for the smooth development of network food safety supervision work.
