The quality of food affects people's health and quality of life to a certain extent,which requires the food unit to do a good job in health and safety work,to meet the dining needs and health requirements of the dining personnel.This paper mainly explore the methods and measures to ensure food hygiene and safety,with a focuses on improving the level of food management from five aspects:strengthening personnel health management,improving the defense line of food material procurement,fine storage and transportation management,reasonable processing,scientific cooking and cooking,and strengthening emergency management,providing reference basis for food management work.
