Unqualified Situation Analysis and Suggestions of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection in Y City,Jiangsu Province from 2022 to 2023
In order to improve the food safety situation in Y city,Jiangsu province,Excel is used to analyze the overall situation,food categories,unqualified items and other aspects of food safety supervision and sampling inspection in Y city,Jiangsu province from 2022 to 2023.The results show that 13 102 batches of samples are sampled in Y city of Jiangsu province in 2022,and the unqualified rate is 3.91%;in 2023,14 657 batches of samples are sampled in Y city of Jiangsu province in 2023,the unqualified rate is 2.80%.This shows that the city's food unqualified rate has decreased,the food safety situation has steadily improved.However,the problems of excessive pesticide residues and microbial pollution are still serious,and it is recommended to increase the tracking and sampling inspection of unqualified food producers and operators,and introduce advanced portable testing equipment,so that rapid inspection and legal inspection can be combined to improve the targeting of sampling.
