Quality Control in the Process of Food Microbiological Detection
The continuous improvement of food processing technology has led to an increasingly rich variety of food and an increasingly diversified public diet,which has also made food safety problems increasingly common.Microbial testing is an important part of food testing and plays an important role in determining whether food has deteriorated and whether it is edible.Strengthening the quality control of the food microbiology testing process is of great significance to improving the accuracy of food microbiology testing.Based on this,this article analyzes common technologies for food microbiology testing and quality control measures during food microbiology testing,with a view to providing reference for relevant staff.
