摘要

食品安全一直以来都是国家重点关注的民生问题,而食品检验检测是识别不安全食品的有效手段,是保护消费者合法权益的重要保障.为避免检测结果失真,本文从影响食品检验检测质量的主要因素分析入手,提出食品检验检测质量控制的可行性对策,以期为食品检验机构科学开展检测工作提供思路.

Abstract

Food safety has always been a key concern for people's livelihood in the country,and food inspection and testing is an effective means of identifying unsafe food and an important guarantee for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.To avoid distortion of detection results,this article starts with the analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of food inspection and testing,and proposes feasible countermeasures for quality control of food inspection and testing,in order to provide ideas for food inspection institutions to scientifically carry out detection work.
