Abstract
The safety of food is directly related to people's life and health.In order to ensure food safety,it is essential to strengthen food testing and inspection.This paper expounds the importance of food inspection and testing,analyzes the main problems existing in food inspection and testing,and puts forward specific countermeasures to ensure that people can eat safe and reliable food.
