摘要
在食品安全监管力度不断增大的背景下,如何进一步提升食品检测实验室的质量控制水平,确保检测数据及结果的精准性,已成为第三方食品检测机构创新发展过程中重点关注的问题.鉴于此,本文在阐述第三方机构食品检测实验室质量控制主要影响因素的基础上,探讨第三方机构食品检测实验室质量控制的强化思路和有效措施,以供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
In the context of increasing food safety supervision,how to further improve the quality control level of food testing laboratory and ensure the accuracy of testing data and results has become a focus in the process of innovation and development of third-party food testing institutions.In view of this,this paper elaborates the main influencing factors of the quality control of the third-party food testing laboratory,and discusses the strengthening ideas and effective measures of the quality control of the third-party food testing laboratory for reference and reference.
