摘要
食品是人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,而食品安全直接关系到人们的健康和生命安全.随着食品供应链的日益复杂化与全球化,食品安全问题日益凸显.食品检验检测是保障食品安全的重要手段.然而,由于食品种类繁多、生产流程复杂以及检测技术的局限性,食品检验检测质量控制及细节问题日益突出.在此背景下,本文简要分析了食品检验检测的质量控制及细节问题,并提出相关对策,旨在为相关从业人员提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Food is an indispensable part of people's daily lives,and food safety is directly related to people's health and lives.As the food supply chain becomes increasingly complex and globalized,food safety issues have become increasingly prominent.Food inspection and testing is an important means to ensure food safety.However,due to the wide variety of foods,complex production processes,and limitations of testing technology,food inspection and testing quality control and detailed issues have become increasingly prominent.Against this background,this article brief ly analyzes the quality control and detailed issues of food inspection and testing,and proposes relevant countermeasures,aiming to provide certain reference for relevant practitioners.
