Study on the Determination of Soybean Pesticide Residues Based on Dispersed Solid-Phase Extraction Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
This study established a dispersed solid-phase extraction ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of six common pesticide residues, including imidacloprid and nitenpyram.Methodological validation results showed that all pesticide standard curves had good linearity(R2>0.999),and the method has good sensitivity. The relative standard deviation at various spiking concentrations in the recovery test were all less than 10%.Applying this method to the residue detection of 20 commercially available soybean samples, the results showed that the pesticide residues in all samples did not exceed or were far below the maximum residue limits specified by the country, with a pass rate of 100%.
