Identification of Salmonella Serotypes in Heilongjiang Province and Comparison of Two Serotyping Methods
Objective:To analyze the typing effect of Salmonella serotype molecular identification kit and to explore a new and efficient serotype identification method.Method:69 strains of Salmonella,37 standard strains of Salmonella and 100 strains of Salmonella serotypes isolated and preserved in previous years were identified by using Salmonella serum molecular identification method and classical serum agglutination method,respectively,and the results of the two classification methods were compared.Result:The success rate of both classification methods was 100%,and the coincidence rate of the results was 99.5%.Among them,69 strains of Salmonella isolated from the disease population in Heilongjiang province had a total of 10 serotypes.Conclusion:The Salmonella serotype molecular identification kit has high consistency with the classical typing method,and is easy to operate and highly accurate,which is expected to be widely used.
