QuEChERS结合气相色谱-串联质谱法测定辣椒中10种农药残留

为建立一种同时检测辣椒中10种农药残留的快速检测方法,采用QuEChERS法对辣椒中的10种农药进行提取和净化,采用气相色谱仪分离净化后的溶液,采用三重四极杆质谱仪对10种农药进行定量分析.结果表明,10种农药在10~500 μg·L-1 时相关系数均大于0.995,线性关系较好;检出限在0.7~2.8 μg·kg-1,定量限在2.3~9.3 μg·kg-1;在10 μg·kg-1、20 μg·kg-1、100 μg·kg-1 3个添加水平下,10种农药的平均回收率在84.4%~117.2%,相对标准偏差在0.6%~11.7%.上述结果表明,本方法可用于辣椒中10种农药残留的快速检测.
Determination of 10 Pesticide Residues in Pepper by QuEChERS Combined with Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
In order to establish a method for the rapid detection of 10 pesticide residues in pepper,10 pesticides in pepper were extracted and purified by QuEChERS method.The purified solution was separated by gas chromatograph,and 10 pesticides were quantitatively analyzed by triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of 10 pesticides in the range of 10~500 μg·L-1 were more than 0.995,and the linear relationship was good.The limits of detection were 0.7~2.8 μg·kg-1,and the limits of quantitation were 2.3~9.3 μg·kg-1.The average recoveries of 10 pesticides were 84.4%~117.2%at the spiking levels of 10 μg·kg-1,20 μg·kg-1,and 100 μg·kg-1 with RSD at the range of 0.6%~11.7%.The results indicat that the method can be used for the rapid detection of 10 pesticide residues in pepper.
