Random Inspection Analysis of Food Safety Supervision in Liaocheng City in 2023
This paper summarizes the results of food supervision and sampling in Liaocheng city in 2023,and carries out classification and statistical analysis from the aspects of sampling batches,unqualified rate and food classification.The results showed that a total of 13 741 batches of samples were sampled in Liaocheng city in 2023,of which 373 batches of unqualified samples were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 2.72%.Sampling involved 30 food categories,of which 15 food categories were detected unqualified samples,and the food categories with a higher unqualified rate were edible agricultural products,catering food,bean products,etc.The main problems are excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs,out-of-range,ultra-limited use of food additives and microbial contamination,etc.From the overall sampling situation,food safety needs to be improved,it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of enterprises,urge their scientific use of food additives,agricultural and veterinary drugs,etc.,and suggest that inspection units rationally arrange sampling plans and accurate sampling.
