Determination of Benzoyl Oxide Content in Flour by Ammonium Ferrous Sulfate and Spectrophotometry
The content of benzoyl peroxide in flour was determined using a ferrous ammonium sulfate visible spectrophotometer, and establishing a method for determining the content of benzoyl peroxide in flour. The regression equation for the standard curve of spectrophotometry is A=0.247 2C+0.001 9,correlation coefficient R2=0.999,significance test P<0.01,relative coefficient of variation of repeatability experiment is 0.83%,less than 1%,recovery rate of spiking experiment is 98.62%,the minimum concentration measured is 0.5 mg·kg-1,and the relative error between the experimental error and the high-performance liquid chromatography method in the national standard GB/T 22325-2008 is-1.5%~1.5%.The absorbance of the sample solution established under this method shows a positive linear relationship with concentration, and the established testing method has high experimental accuracy, repeatability, and credibility.
