采用硫酸亚铁铵-可见分光光度计测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的含量,并建立测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量的方法.分光光度法标准曲线的回归方程为A=0.247 2C+0.001 9,相关系数R2=0.999,显著性检验P<0.01,重复性实验的相对标准偏差为 0.83%(<1%),加标实验的回收率为 98.62%,测量的最低浓度为 0.5 mg·kg-1,实验误差与国家标准《小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的测定 高效液相色谱法》(GB/T 22325-2008)中高效液相色谱法的相对误差在-1.5%~1.5%.该方法所建立的样品溶液吸光度与浓度之间呈正相关关系,所建立的测试方法具有较高的实验精度、重复性和可信性.
Determination of Benzoyl Oxide Content in Flour by Ammonium Ferrous Sulfate and Spectrophotometry
The content of benzoyl peroxide in flour was determined using a ferrous ammonium sulfate visible spectrophotometer,and establishing a method for determining the content of benzoyl peroxide in flour.The regression equation for the standard curve of spectrophotometry is A=0.247 2C+0.001 9,correlation coefficient R2=0.999,significance test P<0.01,relative coefficient of variation of repeatability experiment is 0.83%,less than 1%,recovery rate of spiking experiment is 98.62%,the minimum concentration measured is 0.5 mg·kg-1,and the relative error between the experimental error and the high-performance liquid chromatography method in the national standard GB/T 22325-2008 is-1.5%~1.5%.The absorbance of the sample solution established under this method shows a positive linear relationship with concentration,and the established testing method has high experimental accuracy,repeatability,and credibility.
