Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Carbofuran Residues in Allium tuberosum Rottl.by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To determine the carbofuran residues in Allium tuberosum Rottl.using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination process.Method:The method in GB 23200.121-2021 was used to determine the carbofuran residues in Allium tuberosum Rottl.,and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated according to RB/T 030-2020 and JJF 1059.1-2012.Result:By calculating and synthesizing various uncertainty components during the detection process,The residual amount of carbofuran in Allium tuberosum Rottl.can be expressed as(0.020±0.002)mg·kg-1.Under the conditions of this laboratory,the standard solution preparation process and standard curve fitting have a greater contribution to the measurement uncertainty of carbofuran residues in Allium tuberosum Rottl.The accuracy of the standard solution value determination,measurement repeatability,extraction solution measurement,and sample the contribution of weighing and recovery rate is small.Conclusion:The research results have important reference significance for reducing uncertainty in practical operations,understanding the confidence level and dispersion degree of measurement results.
