摘要

本文介绍了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)的基本原理和特点,分析了其在食品重金属污染物分析检测、微量元素分析检测及元素形态分析检测等方面的应用情况,以期促进ICP-MS法在食品中多元素分析检测领域的应用和发展.

Abstract

This article introduces the basic principles and characteristics of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and analyzes its application in the analysis and detection of heavy metal contaminants in food,trace element analysis and detection,and elemental form analysis and detection.situation,in order to promote the application and development of ICP-MS method in the field of multi-element analysis and detection in food.
