Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision in the Catering Industry
As an important field of food safety,the regulatory work of the catering industry is directly related to the vital interests of consumers and may also trigger varying degrees of social effects.This article analyzes the problems in food safety supervision in the catering industry,proposes solutions to strengthen the construction of food safety supervision capacity,improve relevant legal and regulatory systems,strengthen the self-discipline and responsibility awareness of catering units,and improve the food safety risk monitoring mechanism,in order to provide reference for improving the level of food safety supervision in the catering industry.
