Optimization Management Measures for Food Inspection Instruments and Equipment
Food safety is related to people's livelihoods,and the optimization and management of food inspection instruments and equipment are of great significance for improving inspection quality and ensuring food safety.This article summarizes the types and functions of common inspection instruments and equipment,and analyzes the problems in current management,such as non-standard metrological traceability and calibration,lack of operating procedures and records,and inadequate performance verification and elimination mechanisms.In response to these issues,optimization measures such as establishing a sound metrological traceability and calibration system,standard operating procedures and record management,performance verification and elimination mechanisms have been proposed,in order to provide reference for improving the management level of instruments and equipment in food inspection institutions.
