Construction of Food Safety Operation and Management System in Universities Under Total Quality Management
Food safety is a project of people's livelihood,the people's heart,in recent years,departments at all levels have issued a series of documents to protect food safety.However,food safety incidents in colleges and universities continue to occur and cause adverse social impacts.To this end,this paper introduces the theory of total quality management,systematically analyzes the food safety issues in college canteens,and proposes rectification measures and plans that fit the current situation based on the key factors affecting food safety issues,aiming to build a solid canteen food safety defense line and protect the health of college teachers and students.
