With the improvement of living standards,food safety is increasingly attracting people's attention,especially in the canteen of institutions,food safety management is an important link to ensure the health of employees.However,there are still safety issues in the actual management process of many organs and units,which need to be improved and improved.This article analyzes the shortcomings of the food safety management system,the lack of food safety awareness among employees,and the imperfect food safety record and tracking system to explore the possible problems and optimization paths in the food safety management of government cafeterias,in order to improve the level of the canteen food safety management provide effective countermeasures and suggestions.
