Risk Analysis and Countermeasures for Food Safety Management in Canteens of Vocational Colleges
With the expansion of educational scale,the catering scale of university canteens has also increased.Preventing food safety and ensuring the health of teachers and students are important tasks in the safety management of vocational school canteens.The safety management of cafeteria food supply is a key link in cafeteria safety management,involving hygiene management of raw materials,processing,personnel,etc.Once food safety issues occur,it will not only seriously affect the physical health of teachers,students,and employees,but also cause adverse social impacts.Therefore,this article takes the safety management of food supply in vocational school canteens as the starting point,explores the food safety issues that may occur in the process of food supply,and proposes specific measures for internal risk control of food supply from the aspects of canteen site selection,water requirements,processing and production management,in order to provide certain reference for the safety of food supply in school canteens.
