近年来,欧盟食品类消费品监管呈现出更新周期更短、技术指标更严、修订设限项目更多等特点,导致中国食品类消费品出口欧盟面临的门槛逐渐提高.本文基于2023年欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed,RASFF)通报数据,对中国出口欧盟食品类消费品的受阻情况进行分析,并从政府监管部门、企业和行业协会等角度提出提高中国输欧农食产品市场占有率的建议.
Analysis of the Blocked Situation and Countermeasures of China's Export of Food Consumer Goods to European Union in 2023
In recent years,the supervision of food consumer goods in the European Union has shown the characteristics of shorter update cycle,stricter technical indicators,and more revised limited items,which has led to the gradual increase of the threshold for China's export of food consumer goods to the European Union.Based on the notification data of the European Union's Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed(RASSF)in 2023,this paper analyzes the blocked situation of China's export of food consumer goods to European Union.From the perspective of government supervision departments,enterprises and industry associations,suggestions are put forward to improve the market share of China's agricultural and food products exported to European Union.
