Analysis of the Results of the Supervision and Sampling of Roasted Food and Nut Products in Guangdong Province in 2023
This paper analyzes the food safety status of roasted food and nut products in Guangdong province in 2023,and finds that relevant departments have completed a total of 9609 batches of sample sampling,including 9 457 batches of qualified samples and 152 batches of unqualified samples,with a pass rate of 98.42%.Supervision and sampling found that the quality indicators,food additives,microbial pollution and other problems are more prominent,especially the two indicators of acid value and peroxide value(in terms of fat)in the quality index,which should attract the attention of enterprises and regulatory departments.In 2023,the food safety status of roasted food and nut products in Guangdong province is generally good,but there are still quality indicators and food additives of individual products that do not meet the standards.
