目的:分析天水市中小型餐饮单位消毒餐饮具安全现状,为餐饮单位提高就餐安全提出建议.方法:根据《食品安全国家标准 消毒餐(饮)具》(GB 14934-2016),于2021-2023年对天水市中小型餐饮单位复用消毒餐饮具进行抽样分析.结果:2021 年、2022 年和 2023 年天水市消毒餐饮具抽检平均合格率分别为 59.1%、62.5%和 47.0%.结论:天水市中小型餐饮单位餐饮具消毒力度还有待进一步加大,餐饮行业与监管部门还需进一步加强协作,确保饮食安全.
Analysis of the Safety Status of Disinfection of Dining Utensils in Small and Medium-Sized Catering Units in Tianshui City from 2021 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the safety status of disinfection of dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city,and to make suggestions for improving the safety of dining utensils.Method:According to GB 14934-2016,sampling analysis of reused sterilized dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city from 2021 to 2023 was conducted.Result:In 2021,2022 and 2023,the average pass rates of disinfection tableware sampling in Tianshui city were 59.1%,62.5%and 47.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The disinfection of dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city needs to be further increased,and the catering industry and regulatory authorities need to further strengthen cooperation to ensure food safety.
