Analysis of the Safety Status of Disinfection of Dining Utensils in Small and Medium-Sized Catering Units in Tianshui City from 2021 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the safety status of disinfection of dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city,and to make suggestions for improving the safety of dining utensils.Method:According to GB 14934-2016,sampling analysis of reused sterilized dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city from 2021 to 2023 was conducted.Result:In 2021,2022 and 2023,the average pass rates of disinfection tableware sampling in Tianshui city were 59.1%,62.5%and 47.0%,respectively.Conclusion:The disinfection of dining utensils in small and medium-sized catering units in Tianshui city needs to be further increased,and the catering industry and regulatory authorities need to further strengthen cooperation to ensure food safety.
