Proficiency Testing Results and Analysis of Salmonella in Food
Given the continuous rise in Salmonella infection cases,the challenges facing the food safety sector have become increasingly severe.Improving the ability of detect Salmonella is one of the important methods to enhance food safety.Our laboratory participated in the ACAS-PT-1616 Salmonella testing capability validation activity in milk powder implemented by the Testing and Evaluation Center of the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine,according to its project requirements,GB 4789.4-2016 and SN/T 2415-2010 were used for testing.The test results showed that both samples for this proficiency test were positive for Salmonella,and satisfactory results were obtained.Through this proficiency test,the laboratory's professional capabilities in Salmonella detection have been significantly improved.
