目的:通过评定分光光度法测定清香型白酒中氰化物的不确定度,提高检测白酒中氰化物的准确度.方法:参照GB 5009.36-2023 中分光光度法进行清香型白酒中氰化物测定,依据JJF 1059.1-2012 对测定过程中的测量不确定度进行评定.结果:当氰化物含量(以HCN计)为1.46 mg·L-1 时,扩展不确定度为0.15 mg·L-1,标准曲线绘制与标准溶液配制对测量结果影响较大.结论:标准溶液配制要严格按照标准规范、使用高精度的玻璃量器,必要时适当增加标准系列溶液的测试次数,以降低测量不确定度,获得更为准确的测量数据.
Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Cyanide in Qingxiangxing Baijiu by Spectrophotometry
Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of cyanide determination in Qingxiangxing Baijiu by spectrophotometry and improve the accuracy of cyanide detection in Baijiu.Method:The determination of cyanide in Qingxiangxing Baijiu was carried out according to the spectrophotometric method in GB 5009.36-2023,and the measurement uncertainty in the determination process was evaluated according to JJF 1059.1-2012.Result:When the cyanide content(measured by HCN)was 1.46 mg·L-1,the expanded uncertainty was 0.15 mg·L-1,and the drawing of the standard curve and the preparation of the standard solution had a significant impact on the measurement results.Conclusion:The preparation of standard solutions should strictly follow standard specifications and use high-precision glass measuring instruments.If necessary,the number of tests for standard series solutions should be appropriately increased to reduce measurement uncertainty and obtain more accurate measurement data.
