Analysis of Verification Results for the Determination of Acid Value and Peroxide Value in Edible Oil
Objective:To verify the detection ability of acid value and peroxide value in laboratory.Method:the samples were tested according to the ability verification guide,GB 5009.227-2023 and GB 5009.229-2016.Result:The Z-values of acid value for samples 23-Y648 and 23-X911 were 0.1 and 0.0,respectively,and the Z-values of peroxide value were 0.3 and 0.5,respectively.The ability validation results were"satisfactory".Conclusion:By conducting this laboratory proficiency test,the level of detection capability in our laboratory has been greatly improved,confirming that our laboratory continues to maintain stable detection capabilities for food acidity and peroxide value.
