浅析青少年成长中合理膳食与科学运动的重要作用

近年来,我国青少年超重及肥胖检出率大幅上升、体质健康不达标比例不断增加,其主要原因有健康饮食失衡、体力活动尤其是户外活动不足、过度保护和不良家庭教养方式等.因此,需要普及健康饮食知识,提倡均衡营养和合理膳食,促进青少年养成积极参与户外活动的生活方式,以促进青少年智力发展,预防青少年肥胖、营养不良和贫血等常见病的发生,早期预防和减少成人远期代谢性疾病发生的风险.本文在概述我国青少年生长发育和营养状况的基础上,主要从膳食平衡、科学运动两方面给出了相关建议.
An Analysis of the Important Role of Reasonable Diet and Scientific Exercise in the Growth of Adolescents
In recent years,the rate of overweight and obesity among Chinese adolescents has significantly increased,and the proportion of inadequate physical fitness continues to rise.The main reasons for this trend include imbalanced diets,particularly a lack of outdoor activities,overprotection,and poor parenting styles.Therefore,there is a need to disseminate knowledge about healthy eating,promote balanced nutrition and reasonable diet,and encourage adolescents to adopt an active lifestyle that includes outdoor activities.These efforts aim to enhance the intellectual development of adolescents,prevent common issues such as adolescent obesity,malnutrition,and anemia,and early prevention to reduce the risk of future metabolic diseases in adults.On the basis of summarizing the growth and nutritional status of adolescents in China,this paper gives relevant suggestions from two aspects:dietary balance and scientific exercise.
