摘要
食品安全关乎人们的身体健康和生命安全,是重中之重的民生大事.食品生产、流通和消费过程中可能存在各种化学污染物,对食品安全构成严重威胁,有效检测食品中的化学污染物对于确保食品安全至关重要.本文以化学检测技术的应用为切入点,分析了食品安全检测中常见的化学污染物,阐述了色谱、光谱、生物等化学检测技术在食品安全检测中的应用,提出了提高化学检测技术应用效果的对策建议,旨在为加强食品安全监管、保障公众健康提供技术支撑.
Abstract
Food safety is crucial to the physical health and safety of the people,and is a top priority for people's livelihoods.Various chemical pollutants may exist in the production,circulation,and consumption processes of food,posing a serious threat to food safety.Effective detection of chemical pollutants in food is crucial to ensuring food safety.This article takes the application of chemical detection technology as the starting point,analyzes common chemical pollutants in food safety detection,elaborates on the application of chemical detection technologies such as chromatography,spectroscopy,and biology in food safety detection,and proposes countermeasures to improve the application effect of chemical detection technology,aiming to provide technical support for strengthening food safety supervision and ensuring public health.
