摘要
猕猴桃富含多种营养成分,但是其果实品质优劣和货架期长短是限制其发展的重要因素.本文系统概述了氯吡脲(CPPU)保鲜剂处理、1-甲基环丙烯(1-Methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)处理和其他处理(肥料种类、冷藏温度、热空气等)方式对猕猴桃果实品质和货架期的影响,提出选育优良品种、研发多种类型保鲜剂等发展方向,以期为猕猴桃生产、贮藏和销售提供理论依据.
Abstract
Kiwifruit is rich in a variety of nutrients,but its fruit quality and delivery time are important factors limiting its development.This paper systematically summarized the effects of CPPU preservative treatment,1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)treatment and other treatments(fertilizer type,refrigeration temperature,hot air,etc.)on the fruit quality and shelf life of kiwifruit,and put forward the development directions of breeding excellent varieties and developing various types of preservatives,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the production,storage and sales of kiwifruit.
