Research Progress on the Effect of Different Processing Methods on the Fruit Quality of Kiwifruit
Kiwifruit is rich in a variety of nutrients,but its fruit quality and delivery time are important factors limiting its development.This paper systematically summarized the effects of CPPU preservative treatment,1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)treatment and other treatments(fertilizer type,refrigeration temperature,hot air,etc.)on the fruit quality and shelf life of kiwifruit,and put forward the development directions of breeding excellent varieties and developing various types of preservatives,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the production,storage and sales of kiwifruit.
