在全球化的市场背景下,食品企业的食品安全管理质量不仅直接影响消费者的身体健康,而且关乎企业自身的市场信誉,乃至企业自身的存亡.HACCP体系作为一种科学且系统的管理方法,被广泛认可为保障食品安全的有力手段.然而,中小企业在执行HACCP体系时,常常因资源有限、技术短板和管理不当等问题遭遇重重困难.本文全面剖析中小企业在推行HACCP体系过程中遇到的难题,并提出具体的解决策略与建议.
Abstract
In the context of a globalized market,the quality of food safety management of food companies not only directly affects the health of consumers,but also concerns the company's own market reputation and even its own survival.As a scientific and systematic management method,the HACCP system is widely recognized as a powerful means to ensure food safety.However,when implementing the HACCP system,small and medium-sized enterprises often encounter many difficulties due to limited resources,technical shortcomings,and improper management.This article comprehensively analyzes the difficulties encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of implementing the HACCP system,and puts forward specific solutions and suggestions.
