Application of GC-MS in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Food
In modern agricultural production,the widespread use of pesticides has undoubtedly played an important role in increasing crop yields and preventing and controlling pests and diseases.However,the problem of pesticide residues caused by the irrational use of pesticides also poses a potential threat to food safety.How to accurately and quickly detect pesticide residues in food has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of food safety.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,as an efficient and sensitive analytical technique,plays an increasingly important role in the detection of pesticide residues in food.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in food,in order to provide a useful reference for food safety testing.
