Establishment of a Food Safety Management System Model for School Canteens and Exploration of Risk Control Management
The food safety of the school cafeteria is related to the physical health and safety of teachers and students,as well as the normal development of school education and teaching.To ensure food safety,the school cafeteria needs to establish a safety risk control mechanism.This article establishes and implements the ISO22000 food safety management system in school canteens,based on the actual situation of food safety risk control in the cafeteria,analyze the problems in the management of food safety risk control in school canteens,and propose effective preventive measures and optimization suggestions,aiming to improve the level of food safety risk control management and provide theoretical reference for ensuring food safety in school canteens.
