摘要
食品安全问题一直是社会关注的焦点,其中残留农药的检测尤为重要.传统的残留农药检测方法存在耗时长、操作复杂等缺点,难以满足食品安全监管的需求.本文综述食品检验检测中残留农药快速检测方法的研究进展,重点介绍基于免疫分析技术、光学检测技术和色谱-质谱技术的快速检测方法.
Abstract
Food safety issues have always been a focus of social concern,among which the detection of residual pesticides is particularly important.The traditional residual pesticide detection methods have drawbacks such as long time consumption and complex operation,which are difficult to meet the needs of food safety supervision.This article reviews the research progress of rapid detection methods for residual pesticides in food inspection and detection,with a focus on rapid detection methods based on immunoassay technology,optical detection technology,and chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.
