摘要
农药残留是芒果质量检测中的重要指标.本文从农药残留的类别、检验检测技术、农药残留超标、风险评估以及限量标准等方面进行综述,旨在为我国芒果农药残留的检测、监控和食品安全监管提供参考.
Abstract
Pesticide residues are an important indicator in mango quality testing.In this paper,the categories of pesticide residues,inspection and testing techniques,excessive pesticide residues,risk assessment and limit standards are reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the detection,monitoring and food safety supervision of mango pesticide residues in China.
