摘要

传统食品追溯手段无法使消费者了解食品的来源及最新食品安全情况.区块链技术在食品行业中的应用,为解决这一问题提供了新的思路.本文分析区块链技术在食品行业中的应用现状,探讨其在实际应用中产生的影响和效益,并对当前面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势进行了概述.

Abstract

Traditional food traceability methods cannot enable consumers to understand the source of food and the latest food safety situation.The application of blockchain technology in the food industry provides new ideas for solving this problem.This article analyzes the current application status of blockchain technology in the food industry,explores its impact and benefits in practical applications,and provides an overview of the current challenges and future development trends.
