The Importance and Measures of Quality Control of Food Testing in Microbiology Laboratory
Food safety is related to people's livelihoods,and food microbiological testing is an important basis for evaluating food safety.Improving the quality of food microbiological testing not only ensures food safety,but also benefits the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.This paper takes the quality control of food testing in microbiology laboratories as the starting point,proposes measures to strengthen quality control from multiple aspects such as instrument equipment,environment,reagent culture medium,standard bacterial strains,and samples,aiming to comprehensively improve the quality of food testing in microbiology laboratories,improve the accuracy and reliability of testing results,and provide strong support for food safety supervision.
