Study on the Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography Technology in the Detection of Antibiotic Residues in Food
This paper briefly analyzed the principles and characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography technology,and sorted out the problems existing in its application in the detection of antibiotic residues in food,such as high complexity of sample pretreatment,insufficient selectivity of chromatographic separation,limited detection sensitivity and quantitative accuracy,etc.Some suggestions were put forward,such as optimizing sample pretreatment method,improving chromatographic column and mobile phase system,improving detector performance and optimizing quantitative method,etc.,in order to improve detection efficiency and provide powerful analytical tools for ensuring food safety.
