Analysis of Drug Resistance of Food Bacteria and Methods of Pollution Control
The emergence and spread of drug-resistant bacteria in food has become a major global food safety and public health challenge.This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of common drug-resistant bacteria in food,and discusses the main causes of bacterial resistance in food,including antibiotic abuse,cross-contamination in food processing and environmental factors.In response to these problems,the paper puts forward a comprehensive prevention and control strategy from the source,processing to the terminal,aiming to protect public health and promote the sustainable development of the food industry.
