Research on the Influencing Factors and Solution Strategies of Food Testing Accuracy
Food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and food testing is the key to ensuring food safety.However,due to the complexity of food matrices and the diversity of detection techniques,the accuracy of food testing is difficult to guarantee.This article systematically analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of food testing,including the standardization level of sample pretreatment process,the stability and sensitivity of detection instrument performance,and the specificity and reproducibility of detection methods.On this basis,suggestions were put forward to optimize the sample pretreatment process,regularly calibrate detection instruments,and develop new highly specific detection methods,in order to provide reference for improving the level of food testing and ensuring food safety.
