苏州市饮用水中全氟辛酸与全氟辛烷磺酸浓度分析及健康风险评估

本研究采集了具有较高代表性的苏州市 8 家水务公司 18 个水厂的出厂水、15 个点位二次供水以及11个点位末梢水水样,分析其全氟辛酸(Perfluorooctanoic Acid,PFOA)和全氟辛烷磺酸(Perfluorooctane Sulfonate,PFOS)浓度水平,并根据《化学物质环境健康风险评估技术指南》(WS/T 777-2021)推荐的模型评估苏州市生活饮用水中PFOA和PFOS经口摄入的健康风险.结果显示,PFOA和PFOS浓度均低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)规定的限值,PFOA与PFOS经饮水暴露的非致癌风险值均小于 1,非致癌风险较低.
Concentration Analysis and Health Risk Assessment of Perfluorooctanoic Acid and Perfluorooctane Sulfonate in Drinking Water in Suzhou
In this study,highly representative water samples from eighteen water plants of eight water companies,fifteen secondary water supply sites and eleven terminal water sites in Suzhou were collected to analyze the concentration levels of perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS),and to evaluate the health risk of oral ingestion of PFOA and PFOS in drinking water in Suzhou according to the model recommended by the WS/T 777-2021.The results showed that the concentrations of PFOA and PFOS were lower than the limit values stipulated in the GB 5749-2022,and the non-carcinogenic risk values for both PFOA and PFOS exposure via drinking water were less than 1,and the non-carcinogenic risk were low.
