摘要
目的:通过对 2022 年泰安市市售蔬菜中农药残留检测数据进行分析与研究,为相关部门制定监管措施提供理论支撑.方法:2022 年在泰安市的 6 个县(市、区)采集了 160 份蔬菜样品进行了农药残留检测,并根据《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763-2021)对农药残留检测结果进行评价.结果:在 160 份蔬菜样品中有 88 份样品检测出了农药残留,检出率为 55.00%.其中,20 份蔬菜样品农药残留超标,超标率为 12.50%.各类蔬菜中以甘蓝类检出率和超标率最高,其次为叶菜类.有机磷类农药检出率和超标率最高,分别为34.38%、11.88%.结论:泰安市市售蔬菜中存在一定程度的农药残留情况,需引起相关部门的重视并进一步加强监管.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the detection data of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Taian city in 2022,so as to provide theoretical support for relevant departments to formulate regulatory measures.Method:In 2022,160 vegetable samples were collected from six counties(cities and districts)in Taian city for pesticide residue detection,and the pesticide residue detection results were evaluated according to the GB 2763-2021.Result:Pesticide residues were detected in 88 of 160 vegetable samples,the detection rate was 55.00%.Among them,the pesticide residues of 20 vegetable samples exceeded the standard,and the rate of exceeding the standard was 12.50%.Among all kinds of vegetables,cabbage had the highest detection rate and over standard rate,followed by leafy vegetables.The detection rate and over standard rate of organophosphorus pesticides were the highest,34.38%and 11.88%,respectively.Conclusion:There is a certain degree of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Taian city,which should be paid attention to by relevant departments and further strengthened supervision.
